- Cleaning and Wiping of Exterior Electrical Cooking Appliance
- Cleaning and Degreasing of Cooking Stove
- Wiping of Exterior Surfaces of Cabinets
- Vacuuming and Mopping of Floor
- Cleaning and Washing of Basins
Bathroom & Washroom
- Cleaning and Washing of Bathtubs and Lavatory Bowls
- Disinfectant All Lavatory Fittings
- Cleaning and Washing of Basins
- Cleaning and Wiping of Mirrors
- Washing of Walls and Floor

- Empty trash
- Clean windows* and grills (rotational basis)
- Clean doors and metal gate (rotational basis)
- Ironing (for 4 hours service only and subject to a maximum of 10 pieces per visit)
- Changing bed linen (once a month)

We provide house cleaning service for the following occasions:
- Year-end / Spring cleaning
- After renovation
- Before moving into new home
- Before renting out entire house / apartment
- Post HIP cleaning
Package Price
- Landed property: $500 onwards (Site viewing required for accurate pricing )
- Cleaning products & equipment are to be provided by the client.
- Cleaning materials provided on additional charges of S$30.
- Vacuum available on additional charge of S$30.00

Rates:weekday – Monday to Friday
Weekly
- 4 hrs once a week, from $320 per 4 sessions
- 5 hrs once a week, from $400 per 4 sessions
Bi-Weekly
- 4 hrs Bi-weekly, from $176 per 2 sessions
- 5 hrs Bi-weekly, from $220 per 2 sessions
Once a month
- 4 hrs once a month, from $100 per session
- 5 hrs once a month, from $125 per session
For weekend, additional charges of S$2/hr
Cleaning products & equipment are to be provided by Client.
To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.
